Also, I need to try out these Inktense pencils you speak of!
I love how her hair is floating around her in the water like that. I also love the blue of her fish-body and how you hinted at the scales. The tail design is quite fun too,like a fan.
And as for the EV project, I'm not sure if there is a talent-limit or something like that to join. It kinda depends on your works but not totally the quality. I was invited to the project when it was first established so I don't really know the rules of how to join.
