Description
It's been a long time since I submitted anything; I blame school and moving houses 
I decided to work on past Enchanted Visions themes, and it's being winter and a quite cold one here, I chose the "Tempest of Ice" theme without even thinking.
I wanted to use cold shades of blue and purple for my ice queen, since they are my fav colors it was fun to color this. The almost noninvisible (damn scanner) white dots here and there in the drawing are not snow but it's hailing. I think a hailstorm is more suitable than a snow storm for this theme. The particles come out of her hands, but it's not showing good enough due to bad scanning. I couldn't really fix it in photoshop either. ( Hence the long and boring explanation.)
Anyway, I hope you all like my winter queen of ice. She was fun to draw! Please full view!

This is very lovely. As an ice queen she actually looks quite benevolent rather than malicious. The colours are wonderful and a great choice. The crystals are a wonderful detail and her speaking of that, you did a marvelous job of making her look regal, but without the typical trappings of the Snow Queen. The crystals in her hair and the fur trim, her veil9with a nice lace on it I see) and even her hairstyle all make her more approachable and still regal.
